Welcome to Bri’s Floral Studio. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. General Conditions

Bri’s Floral Studio operates as a preorder-based floral design studio. All products are subject to availability and seasonal conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws.

2. Products & Services

All floral arrangements are custom-made using fresh, seasonal flowers. Due to natural variation, the final arrangement may differ slightly from photos shown on our website. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made to ensure quality and freshness while maintaining the overall style and color palette.

Product images are for reference only and are not guaranteed exact replicas.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Once an order is placed, it may not be modified or canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup date, as flowers are sourced and prepared specifically for each order.

Holiday and special event orders are final and may not be canceled or modified once placed.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. Bri’s Floral Studio is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Once flowers are delivered or picked up, responsibility for care transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for damage caused by weather conditions, unattended deliveries, or improper care after delivery.

5. Refunds & Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered.

If there is an issue with your order, you must notify Bri’s Floral Studio within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the arrangement. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Bri’s Floral Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bri’s Floral Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the original order.

8. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the website is governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and handle data in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
