At Bri’s Floral Studio, every arrangement is handcrafted using fresh, perishable flowers. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Perishable Product Policy

All floral arrangements, bouquets, and plants are considered perishable goods. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

  • Flowers that have been left unattended after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged or if you believe you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To assist you quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the arrangement

  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue is verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement arrangement of equal value

  • A partial refund

  • Store credit

Resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability and supply fluctuations, some flowers or containers may be substituted. Any substitutions will be made with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette of the original design.
